Return Process

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order, including your order number and photos of the items.

Our quality control team will review your request to determine if the product is eligible for a return or refund based on damage or quality concerns.
- 3.Packaging
If a return is authorized, please place the unopened, non-perishable items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
